Being an online content delivery service provider for SHOUTcast services requires a bit more power than your average web host. Citrus3's network and servers all individually have to pass a certain degree of tests and inspection before we can use them to provide service for clients.

Once passed it is stamped with a certificate of qualification for SHOUTcast use. The server is then installed with SHOUTcast DNAS software and connected to our Tier 1 network directly from the datacenter.We manually install and set up each server, and once set up is complete our techs ensure its stable and conectivity is active prior to the client receiving service details.

Citrus 3 uses only high grade components in all servers. We use Kingston RAM, Intel (minimum) I5 quad core processors, and Western Digital hard drives. We know these components are of the highest quality and produced by world leading companies. All in all this results in a higher stability of service for our clients with minimum risk for downtime.
